About All Pro

Hi, my name is Rob, and I bring over 45 years of experience in the construction industry. I started as a carpenter working side by side with my father, learning the trade from the ground up. Today, All Pro Consult & Develop Corp has grown from small projects into an elite design and contracting company built on quality and trust. My design background will enhance all phases of the project. We just don’t build what’s on the plans, we create it.

My partners, Andrew and Ivan, are continuing to bring the service to our clients the way I was taught “Old School”. As a team, we are on-site owners running day-to-day operations to oversee quality control. All construction work is performed by All Pro employees. We rarely use construction subcontractors, which allows us to maintain quality control.

This ensures the project will stay on schedule because we organize the workload and control manpower ourselves. Therefore, we do not rely upon construction subcontractors showing up on time. We have well established relationships with fully licensed and insured electricians, plumbers and specialty trades for these aspects of the project.

All Pro is owner-operated and fully insured, including a $10,000,000.00 umbrella policy. We will provide certificates of insurance upon signing of contract. We will send multiple photos showing job progression to our client throughout the duration of the project. All questions or construction issues during the project will be discussed before moving forward to get the best results possible for the project. Regular project meetings will be scheduled during construction, and our client can also request onsite meetings at any time, or as needed to review the project.

We look forward to working with you.
